Install it on Edge in two clicks
- Open the Chrome Web Store listing in Edge.
- Edge shows a bar at the top offering to allow extensions from other stores. Click Allow extensions from other stores, then Add to Chrome — the button keeps its Chrome name inside Edge.
- Sign in to grok.com in the same Edge profile and open the extension.
That is the whole process. There is no separate build, no developer mode, and no unpacked folder.
What “not formally supported” means
Being honest about the boundary, since that is what you came here to find out:
- We test on Chrome. Releases are verified there first, and Chrome is what the help centre screenshots show.
- Edge runs the same engine, so features work the same way in practice. The differences that do appear tend to be in the download flow and in how the browser handles long-running background pages.
- If something breaks on Edge specifically, tell us. We will fix it, but we will find out from you rather than from our own test run.
- There is no Microsoft Add-ons listing yet. When there is, this page will say so and link to it.
Brave, Arc and Vivaldi are in the same position: Chromium underneath, install through the Chrome Web Store, generally fine, not formally covered.
What it does once installed
Same extension, same behaviour: paste a list of prompts, set a delay, press start, and it submits each one to grok.com, waits for the result, downloads it, renames it and files it into a project folder.
